Bold Santa Reservations, operated by Bold Republic ("we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected through this reservation website, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When you make a Santa reservation, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, reservation date and time, and any information you voluntarily enter in the "Notes for Santa" field. We also maintain information needed to administer the reservation, such as its status, price, payment status, and transaction reference.

Payment information

Payment service is provided by Intuit Payments Inc. through Intuit/QuickBooks Payments. Payment-card data entered on the checkout page is transmitted to Intuit for tokenization and payment processing. The Bold Santa website is designed not to store your full card number or card security code. Intuit's handling of information it receives is governed by Intuit's own privacy practices and terms.

How we use information

We use reservation information to provide and administer your Santa visit, process and verify payment, communicate about the reservation, respond to questions or problems, prevent duplicate or fraudulent transactions, maintain business records, troubleshoot the service, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

How information may be shared

We do not sell your reservation information. We may disclose information to service providers that help operate the reservation and payment systems, including Intuit/QuickBooks Payments and our website/database hosting providers, when reasonably necessary to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, systems, or property.

Data retention and security

We retain reservation and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for reservation administration, accounting, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and legitimate business recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no internet service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Children's information

The reservation must be made by an adult. The optional "Notes for Santa" field may be used by the adult making the reservation to provide children's names or other information helpful for the visit. Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for the Santa experience and that you are authorized to provide.

Your choices

You may choose not to provide optional information. Certain information, including a valid name and email address, is required to create and administer a reservation. If you want to ask about, correct, or request deletion of reservation information, contact Bold Republic through its usual customer-service channels. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, transaction, security, or legal purposes.

Third-party services and links

This site may interact with or link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and this policy does not control how those third parties independently collect or use information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, services, or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
