Bold Santa Reservations

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern use of the Bold Santa Reservations website and reservations made through it. By using the site or submitting a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

Available dates and times are controlled by Bold Republic and may change. A selected time is temporarily held while checkout is completed. A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed and the reservation is shown as paid and confirmed.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate contact and reservation information and to use the site only for legitimate reservations. You are responsible for reviewing the selected date, time, and price before submitting payment.

Payments

Payment service is provided by Intuit Payments Inc. through Intuit/QuickBooks Payments. By submitting payment information, you authorize the stated reservation charge and agree to the terms applicable to the payment service. Bold Santa does not intend to store your full payment-card number or card security code.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

If you need to change or cancel a reservation, contact Bold Republic as soon as possible through its normal customer-service channels. Any refund, rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show terms communicated by Bold Republic in connection with the event or reservation will apply. Availability of a replacement time is not guaranteed.

Event and schedule changes

We may adjust, suspend, reschedule, or cancel reservation times when reasonably necessary because of operational circumstances, safety concerns, weather, availability, or other events beyond our reasonable control. If a material change affects a confirmed reservation, we will use the contact information provided with the reservation to communicate when reasonably practicable.

Appropriate use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent reservations or payments, or use automated methods to disrupt or improperly reserve available time slots.

Website availability

We work to keep the reservation system available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Display of a time slot does not guarantee that it remains available until the reservation is successfully completed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bold Republic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the reservation website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Privacy

Use of personal information submitted through this website is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use when the reservation service, business practices, or applicable requirements change. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
